Grawl ("we," "our," "us") is a plant care and nursery information platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email, and profile photo from Google or Apple Sign-In.
- Garden Data: Plants you add, nicknames, location notes, care reminder preferences.
- Device Information: Push notification tokens and device platform.
- Camera Data: Used solely for QR code scanning. No photos stored.
- Usage Data: Anonymous analytics to improve the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide plant care information and personalized reminders.
- Save your garden collection across devices.
- Send push notifications for care reminders.
- Display nursery-specific information when scanning QR codes.
- Improve our services.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data stored on Supabase (AWS). All transmission encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We never store your password.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell data. Shared only with: Supabase, Firebase, Vercel, Apple Push Notification Service.
5. Your Rights
- Access: View your data in the app at any time.
- Update: Edit your profile and garden data within the app.
- Delete: Delete your account and all associated data instantly via Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing cdasidi@gmail.com.
- Opt out: Disable push notifications via device settings.
6. Data Retention
Retained while account is active. Permanently deleted on account deletion.
7. Children's Privacy
Not directed at children under 13. No knowingly collected data from minors.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes notified via app or email.
